  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Sunday: No pick-ups
  • Evening Pick-up (if required): Monday to Friday 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (there will be + $42.50 daycare fee)

πŸ“ OVERNIGHT BOARDING PROCESS

All dogs must:

βœ”οΈ STEP 1: Complete the online registration form and submit vaccination records. (Vaccines are reviewed and approved within 24 hours)

βœ”οΈ STEP 2: Schedule a trial stay (by text, email, or online)

  • ℹ️ A trial stay (24 hour assessment) is required to make sure your dog feels comfortable with us before booking an overnight stay. Once your dog passes the trial, you’re all set to bring them anytime! It gives both you and us peace of mind knowing your dog is happy and relaxed here. ℹ️

βœ”οΈ STEP 3: Attend and pass the trial stay (24 hour evaluation of your dog)

βœ”οΈ STEP 4 (can be done right-away after STEP 1, 2 & 3 is completed): Go to the Gingr portal and book your overnight boarding dates (text or email us if needed)

πŸ’‰REQUIRED VACCINATIONS

All dogs entering our facility must have up-to-date vaccinations on file.

Proof from your veterinarian is required for:

🧠 BEHAVIOUR REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a safe, calm, and positive environment, we do not accept dogs that display:

  • Reactivity or aggression
  • Resource guarding
  • Chronic barking or hyper vocalization
  • Severe anxiety, fear, or stress
  • Unmanageable hyper-excitement or over-arousal

Dogs must demonstrate:

  • Calm, manageable energy levels
  • Appropriate canine play behaviour
  • Ability to self-regulate barking and excitement
  • Comfort sharing toys, treats, and staff attention
  • Emotional confidence and good impulse control
  • Polite behaviour toward dogs and staff
  • Reliable potty training
  • No chronic marking, mounting, or disruptive behaviours

πŸ“Œ CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will incur a 50% charge.

🚫 RESTRICTIONS

If at any point a dog is deemed unsafe for themselves, other dogs, or staff due to behavioural concerns, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue overnight boarding at any time.

Existing Customer?

2) Request the booking/trial stay for your dog. (**If you have already completed the trial, please go ahead:

  • Last-minute bookings are usually accepted, but not guaranteed (please send us a quick message**)

3) You’ll receive a confirmation email once your online reservation is approved (usually within a few hours or the same day).

  • πŸ₯£ Regular food (please pack exactly what your dog eats at home - homecooked, canned, raw, meal toppers, kibble etc.)
  • πŸͺ Favorite treats (optional, clearly labeled)
    β†’ We use Benny Bully’s 100% pure single-ingredient beef liver treats.
    (If your dog is allergic to beef, please tell us at drop-off.)
  • πŸ’Š Medications (with vet label/instructions)
  • 🧸 Bed, blanket, or toys (optional - these items are not shared, they will stay in their suite)
  • πŸ“‹ Emergency contact info and behavioral notes

(We provide raised cots, clean blankets, and water bowls. If your dog chews bedding or toys, please let us know.)

πŸ’Š Medication & Special Care

No extra charge to administer medications for your dog.

Please bring all medications in their original container with a current prescription label from your veterinarian with the correct pet’s name, accurate dosing, and administration instructions.

We can administer:

  • βœ… Pills, capsules, or liquids (in food or given by mouth)
  • βœ… Eye drops and ear drops

If your dog is difficult to medicate by mouth:

We can only give oral medication if your dog allows it safely and calmly.

If your dog becomes stressed, defensive, or resistant, we cannot continue with hands-on oral administration.

We’ll follow your preferred method β€” administered in food, peanut butter, pill pockets or however your dog is most comfortable.

Please note:

❌ We do not administer injectables and cannot accommodate dogs with epilepsy.

We provide add-on baths, nail trims, brushing for thicker coated cots, or full grooming services with
our on-site groomer. Please let us know if you'd like to add-on grooming services for your dog while they’re
in our care.
