π OVERNIGHT BOARDING PROCESS
All dogs must:
βοΈ STEP 1: Complete the online registration form and submit vaccination records. (Vaccines are reviewed and approved within 24 hours)
βοΈ STEP 2: Schedule a trial stay (by text, email, or online)
- βΉοΈ A trial stay (24 hour assessment) is required to make sure your dog feels comfortable with us before booking an overnight stay. Once your dog passes the trial, youβre all set to bring them anytime! It gives both you and us peace of mind knowing your dog is happy and relaxed here. βΉοΈ
βοΈ STEP 3: Attend and pass the trial stay (24 hour evaluation of your dog)
βοΈ STEP 4 (can be done right-away after STEP 1, 2 & 3 is completed): Go to the Gingr portal and book your overnight boarding dates (text or email us if needed)
πREQUIRED VACCINATIONS
All dogs entering our facility must have up-to-date vaccinations on file.
Proof from your veterinarian is required for:
βοΈ Rabies
βοΈ DHPP / DA2PP
βοΈ Bordetella
π§ BEHAVIOUR REQUIREMENTS
To ensure a safe, calm, and positive environment, we do not accept dogs that display:
- Reactivity or aggression
- Resource guarding
- Chronic barking or hyper vocalization
- Severe anxiety, fear, or stress
- Unmanageable hyper-excitement or over-arousal
Dogs must demonstrate:
- Calm, manageable energy levels
- Appropriate canine play behaviour
- Ability to self-regulate barking and excitement
- Comfort sharing toys, treats, and staff attention
- Emotional confidence and good impulse control
- Polite behaviour toward dogs and staff
- Reliable potty training
- No chronic marking, mounting, or disruptive behaviours
π CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will incur a 50% charge.
π« RESTRICTIONS
If at any point a dog is deemed unsafe for themselves, other dogs, or staff due to behavioural concerns, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue overnight boarding at any time.
