Drop-Off & Pick-Up Windows

Monday–Friday:

  • Morning: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Evening: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: No daycare

  • A) 1 Day / Week: $42.50 per week ( $42.50 per day )
  • B) 2 Days / Week: $77.90 per week ( $38.95 per day )
  • C) 3 Days / Week: $106.20 per week ( $35.40 per day )
  • D) 5 Days / Week: $159.30 per week ( $31.86 per day )

We have recently resumed accepting new dogs into our Daycare Enrolment Program.

If you’re interested, please complete and submit the Daycare Enrolment Form after your dog passes the trial day.

After that, daycare reservation requests can be made through our online portal:

📝 ENROLMENT PROCESS

All dogs must:

✔️ STEP 1: Complete the online registration form and submit vaccination records. (Vaccines are reviewed and approved within 24 hours)

✔️ STEP 2: Schedule a trial day (by text, email, or online)

  • ℹ️ A trial day (8-10 hour evaluation) is required to make sure your dog feels comfortable with us before booking daycare with us. Once your dog passes the trial, you’re all set to bring them anytime! It gives both you and us peace of mind knowing your dog is happy and relaxed here. ℹ️

✔️ STEP 3: Attend and pass the trial day (8–10 hour evaluation)

✔️ STEP 4 (can be done right-away after STEP 1, 2 & 3 is completed): Fill the enrolment form (to lock in your set number of days with us each week)

✔️ STEP 5 (can be done right-away after STEP 1, 2, 3 & 4 is completed): Go to the Gingr portal (Log In) and book your daycare dates (text or email us if needed)

💉REQUIRED VACCINATIONS

All dogs entering our facility must have up-to-date vaccinations on file.

Proof from your veterinarian is required for:

✔️ Rabies
✔️ DHPP / DA2PP
✔️ Bordetella

🧠 BEHAVIOUR REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a safe, calm, and positive environment, we do not accept dogs that display:

  • Reactivity or aggression
  • Resource guarding
  • Chronic barking or hyper vocalization
  • Severe anxiety, fear, or stress
  • Unmanageable hyper-excitement or over-arousal

Dogs must demonstrate:

  • Calm, manageable energy levels
  • Appropriate canine play behaviour
  • Ability to self-regulate barking and excitement
  • Comfort sharing toys, treats, and staff attention
  • Emotional confidence and good impulse control
  • Polite behaviour toward dogs and staff
  • Reliable potty training
  • No chronic marking, mounting, or disruptive behaviours

📌 ATTENDANCE POLICY

  • Daycare is designed for dogs attending consistently on a weekly basis
  • Minimum attendance: once per week
    Reservations are required.
  • If you cannot attend a scheduled day, please cancel with as much notice as possible
  • Dogs that have attended another daycare or boarding facility must wait a minimum of 10 days before starting at Hound Crew

🚫 RESTRICTIONS

If at any point a dog is deemed unsafe for themselves, other dogs, or staff due to behavioural concerns, they will not be able to participate in the daycare program.

ℹ️ How to Book:

Existing Customer?

1) Log in

2) Request the booking/trial day for your dog. (**If you have already completed the trial, please go ahead:

  1. Fill out the enrolment form &
  2. Start booking daycare days right away — no waiting required
  • Weekly bookings can be made in advance
  • Last-minute bookings are usually accepted, but not guaranteed (please send us a quick message**)

3) You’ll receive a confirmation email once your online reservation is approved (usually within a few hours or the same day).

🎒 What to Bring

  • 🥣 Breakfast/Lunch/or Dinner (please pack exactly what your dog eats at home - homecooked, canned, raw, meal toppers, kibble etc.)
  • 🍪 Favorite treats (optional, clearly labeled)
    → We use Benny Bully’s 100% pure single-ingredient beef liver treats.
    (If your dog is allergic to beef, please tell us at drop-off.)
  • 💊 Medications (with vet label/instructions) - if needed.

(We provide raised cots, and water bowls.)

💊 Medication & Special Care

No extra charge to administer medications for your dog.

Please bring all medications in their original container with a current prescription label from your veterinarian with the correct pet’s name, accurate dosing, and administration instructions.

We can administer:

  • ✅ Pills, capsules, or liquids (in food or given by mouth)
  • ✅ Eye drops and ear drops

If your dog is difficult to medicate by mouth:

We can only give oral medication if your dog allows it safely and calmly.

If your dog becomes stressed, defensive, or resistant, we cannot continue with hands-on oral administration.

We’ll follow your preferred method — administered in food, peanut butter, pill pockets or however your dog is most comfortable.

Please note:

❌ We do not administer injectables and cannot accommodate dogs with epilepsy.

🛁 Grooming

We provide add-on baths, nail trims, brushing for thicker coated cots, or full grooming services with
our on-site groomer. Please let us know if you'd like to add-on grooming services for your dog while they’re
in our care.
