This is your dog’s first day at Hound Crew!

During your dog’s trial day, they will be temperament tested and assessed. This is to make sure that we are the right fit for your pet and if your pet is suitable to stay at our facility.

🐾 Daycare Trial Day

Drop-Off: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Pick-Up: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Trial days are offered Monday through Thursday only

• Trial Day Fee: $39.82 (before HST)

• Required prior to scheduling daycare services

🏠 Overnight Boarding Trial Stay

Drop-Off: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Pick-Up: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM (next morning)

• Trial stays are offered Monday through Thursday only

• Trial Stay Fee: $48.67 (before HST)

• Required prior to scheduling overnight boarding services

🎒 What to Bring for Your Dog

  • 🥣 Regular Food
    Please pack exactly what your dog eats at home (home-cooked, canned, raw, meal toppers, kibble, etc.).

  • 🍪 Favorite Treats (optional; clearly labeled)
    We use Benny Bully’s 100% pure, single-ingredient beef liver treats.
    (If your dog is allergic to beef, please let us know at drop-off.)

  • 💊 Medications

    All medications must be provided with a veterinary label and clear instructions.

  • 🧸 Bed, Blanket, or Toys (optional)
    Personal items are not shared and will remain in your dog’s suite.

  • 📋 Emergency Contact Information & Behavioural Notes

We provide raised cots, clean blankets, and water bowls. If your dog tends to chew bedding or toys, please let us know so we can ensure their safety.

Each dog enjoys a newly renovated private suite equipped with a raised cot, fresh bedding, and individual food and water bowls to ensure comfort and routine. **Shared sibling accommodations, for multiple pet families available.**

  • 🚶 Daily Walks/Groups & Private Playtime

All trial stays include daily walks and your choice of group or private playtime, plus one-on-one interaction with our staff for relief breaks and extra attention.

🌿 Outdoor Green Space

Dogs have access to ½ acre of outdoor green space, including four fully fenced play yards. Our largest yard spans 15,000 square feet, providing ample room for exercise and enrichment.

🐕‍🦺 Play Yard Grouping

Dogs are thoughtfully grouped based on size, age, energy level, and temperament. Separate play yards are available for:

  • Small dogs
  • Shy or quiet dogs
  • Puppies
  • Senior dogs
  • High-energy dogs

🐾 Intact Dogs Welcome

Intact dogs are welcome. Dogs under 6 months of age may socialize with other dogs. Adult intact dogs receive individualized socialization with staff members.

✂️ Grooming Add-Ons (Optional)

Baths, blow-dries, nail trims, and full grooming services may be added to any overnight trial so your dog returns home clean and refreshed.

🧳 Crate from Home (Optional)

You may bring your dog’s crate to support crate training and maintain consistency. A crate can also be provided upon request.
